The GSS platform is committed to maintaining high standards for its sellers, ensuring that only reliable and qualified companies can participate. Sellers are categorized into two types based on their qualifications and experience:

1. Trusted Sellers

     Case 1 - Manufacturers:

  • Direct Factory Sales: Manufacturers selling directly through the platform.
  •
  • Inventory Location: The inventory must be located within the EU or at major seaports.
  •
  • Documentation: Factories must provide comprehensive documentation for verification.

Case 2 – Top Tier Distributors:

  • Industry Experience: Companies must be established mainstream distributors with over 5 years of experience in the industry.
  •
  • Brand Recognition: They must be listed on the official websites of at least two Bloomberg tier-1 module manufacturers (such as: Jinko / JA / Trina / Suntech / Longi / Aiko / TW Solar etc) and one tier-1 inverter manufacturer (such as SMA / Fronius / SolarEdge / Enphase / Huawei / Solis / Sungrow etc).
  •
  • Infrastructure: A self-owned warehouse and inventory are required.
  •
  • Exhibition Participation: These companies should have participated in major trade shows consistently over the past three years, such as RE+, InterSolar, SolarSolution, and others.

The GSS platform enables buyers to make payments directly to Trusted Sellers. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the seller's banking information before initiating a transaction.

2. Standard Sellers

  • Industry Experience: Companies must have been established for at least 2 years and continuously engaged in the solar industry. This includes EPC companies, resellers, brokers and dealers.
  •
  • Infrastructure: They should have self-owned offices or warehouses.
  •
  • Payment Agreement: Sellers must agree to use the GSS platform as an escrow service, where funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt of the goods.
  •

By adhering to these standards, the GSS platform ensures a trustworthy marketplace for buyers and sellers, fostering long-term growth and collaboration within the solar industry.
